In addition to filmmaking, TJ founded Fable in 2015—a family-run farm and food hub committed to sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, and education. He started Fable to provide his family with healthy, nutrient-rich food free from harmful pesticides.

The food hub at Fable features a working farm specializing in pasture-raised eggs, heirloom tomatoes, leafy greens, and more. The retail market features the farm’s fresh produce as well as local artisan’s food and products to support the nearby economy. Programs include educational gardening and cooking classes, farm yoga, and more.

The farm is also a beautiful backdrop for farm festivals, greenhouse dinners, film shoots, family celebrations, and more.
